Services for Individuals
During an individual counselling session you can expect a dialogue between you and the counsellor that supports the goals and values that are being established together throughout the session. This is a non-medical form of counselling that aims to non-normatively understand, and then appropriately challenge, the coherent subjective perspectives of the client. These understandings are then philosophically compared to the client’s relevant morals, standards and perspectives. It begins with the notion that people experience problems and difficulties in life and that such challenges can be helped directly though philosophical dialogue.
