Philosophical Counselling, the primary healing modality used at the Centre, promotes mental health by discerning individual differences and identities and promoting independent value-based thinking. We do not promote normalizing and numbing world views and instead aim to reclaim the self from the potential monotony of a disengaged day-to-day life.
